Strong Communication

Willingness to Learn

Tech-Savvy
Comfortable with CRMs, VoIP systems, productivity tools, and common business software. Experience with GHL, Salesforce, or AMS is a plus.
Detail-Oriented
Accuracy matters in insurance, franchise ops, and admin work. We value people who catch the small things before they become big problems.
Team Player
